This document, along with additional information accessible on STOPFAKE.CHRISTIANLOUBOUTIN.COM (the “Website”), constitutes the “Privacy Policy” applicable between the Website user (“You” or the “User”) and Christian Louboutin SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €126,529.25, 19 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris, registered on the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 380 742 650 (“Christian Louboutin”).

The Privacy Policy governs Christian Louboutin’s use and sharing of Your personal data collected on the Website. Any definition starting with a capital letter and contained in the Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) available by clicking on the following link T&Cs, unless otherwise defined.

The Website is published by Christian Louboutin which manages its publication; the editor is Alexis Mourot and the data collected is hosted by Rampar, Immeuble Crisco Duo 7 Avenue de la Cristallerie, 92310 Sèvres, registered on the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 852 784 495, whose servers are located in Switzerland and in the European Union.
